We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your CampusPlug account and what happens to your data.
Before You Delete
- • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- • All your listings will be removed
- • Your chat history will be deleted
- • Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited
- • Your trust score and reviews will be lost
How to Delete Your Account
Open CampusPlug App
Launch the CampusPlug app on your device and log in to your account.
Go to Settings
Tap on your profile icon, then navigate to Settings.
Select Account
Find and tap on "Account" or "Account Settings".
Delete Account
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your decision.
What Gets Deleted
Immediately Deleted
- • Profile information
- • Active listings
- • Chat messages
- • Saved items
- • Preferences
Retained Temporarily
- • Transaction records (90 days)
- • Payment history (as required by law)
- • Reports you've made (for safety)
- • Anonymized analytics data
Can't Access Your Account?
If you can't log in or need help deleting your account, contact our support team. Please email from the address associated with your account.
