Be Honest

Always provide accurate descriptions of items. Disclose any defects or issues.

Be Respectful

Treat all users with respect. No harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

Be Safe

Meet in public campus areas. Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior.

Be Responsible

Follow all laws. Do not sell prohibited items or engage in illegal activities.

Listing Guidelines

What You CAN Sell

  • Textbooks and course materials
  • Electronics (laptops, phones, accessories)
  • Fashion items (clothes, shoes, bags)
  • Room accessories and furniture
  • Services (tutoring, repairs, design)
  • Food and snacks (with proper handling)
  • Sports equipment
  • Musical instruments

Prohibited Items

  • Drugs and controlled substances
  • Weapons and explosives
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Adult content or services
  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, and other age-restricted substances
  • Prescription medications
  • Hazardous materials
  • Academic fraud services (essay writing, exam cheating)
  • Personal data or accounts

Communication Guidelines

  • Be polite and professional in all messages
  • Respond to inquiries within a reasonable time
  • Do not spam or send unsolicited promotional messages
  • Do not share personal contact details until you trust the other party
  • Report any harassment or inappropriate messages immediately

Meeting & Transaction Guidelines

  • Always meet in public areas on campus (libraries, cafeterias, admin buildings)
  • Meet during daylight hours when possible
  • Bring a friend if you feel uncomfortable
  • Inspect items before completing payment
  • Use the in-app confirmation feature when completing transactions
  • Never share financial details beyond what's necessary

Trust Score System

Your trust score reflects your reputation in the community. It's based on:

  • Seller verification status where applicable
  • Transaction completion rate
  • Ratings from other users
  • Response time and communication
  • Length of membership

Violations of community guidelines will negatively impact your trust score and may result in account suspension.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter a violation of these guidelines:

  1. Use the "Report" button in the app
  2. Provide details about the violation
  3. Include screenshots if applicable
  4. Our team will review within 24 hours

If you cannot access the in-app reporting flow, email [email protected] with the listing link, usernames involved, and any supporting evidence.

Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Warning notification
  • Trust score reduction
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent ban
  • Legal action for serious violations
